  I got here yesterday 7/23 for a whole week i rented 101 and to be honest its been horrible . Apon arrival the condo smelled like something died they gave me lysol wipes and a air freshner and said tomorrow morning they will come and clean . Night comes one bed is broken and the one my wife and i slept in was dirty . Woke up this morning nobody came it was like they didnt care . Then i discover the freezer is not working either all my frozen items went bad because i went 3 days without a freezer . This is not what i paid a grand + for . Im really upset . Never coming back if something isnt done . I really just want my money back and leave . Thats how upset i am . My family and i have been a client for 20 + years . The worst part was the back and forth with plumbee employees for almost my whole visit . I got hung up dozens of times by Jackie , their accountant , everybody was rude . It still smells nasty in here the floor , vents , couches , etc . Were all dirty . I have pictures of everything . Ohh and they fixed the bed with a can of paint . Lol . Never again .

  Our living room tv had to be fixed, air conditioner broke had to get that fixed, not too big of a deal but when I went to the front desk to tell them about a.c. lady was rude and gave me 2 batteries and said hope that works. I had to send my mother down to talk because,im hot headed. About 2 hours later it did finally get fixed. Later front desk lady was rude about a Wi-Fi password. Another thing, it was loud as they were working on the rooms on the first floor, so loif it hurt our ears walking out of our rooms and could be heard loudly at the (small) pool. Wasn't the worst experience but definitely will not be staying here again.
