  Sand Castle II, Penthouse #2 is a great condo with ocean front view, having easy access to beach, pool and hot tub. We found it tidy, clean and very well equipped with modern appliances, comfortable furniture, and up to date electronics. The building corridors, elevators and grounds are cleaned daily. The location is ideal with many high quality restaurants and stores nearby. From Upstate New York

  The condo location is wonderful. Directly on a Quiet, beautiful beach. There are restaurants nearby & grocery stores not far. The unit was immaculate & well stocked. Building maintenance does an exceptional job of keeping the common areas clean. Except for the unusual cold weather, we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

  I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! It was beautiful! The unit was clean and comfortable. The decor was beautiful with lovely beach themes, not overdone or tacky (like some beach themes can be). The unit really does have everything you could need other than personal items. The kitchen has pretty much any item you can think of. We grilled out one day and couldn't find grilling utensils and I was going to make the suggestion to the owner to add them, then we found them the next day! The balcony has beautiful views! Great place to eat breakfast in the morning and have a drink at night. The closet on the balcony has so many items for the beach-toys, inflatables, chairs, etc. I also loved not having to worry about bringing any towels, sheets, etc. on our trip. All these items were provided as well. The beach is lovely. Lots of great shells to find. The pool and hot tub area are clean. My husband said one of the grills wasn't working during our stay, but the other one was and worked well. We really had a great time! I would happily come back here again! Thank you for the great place!
